Experience & Training
My professional experience in the field of Communication began in 2001, when I enrolled in the faculty of Communication Sciences of the La Sapienza University of Rome, where I graduated in Communication & Marketing in January 2007.
During my university years, in addition to having carried out various customer care jobs in call centers and commercial promotion in various retail stores, I did an internship at the marketing office of a large Roman furniture company.
Immediately after graduation, I enrolled in a master in Marketing and Management of Tourism Business, which allowed me, in addition to get various communication skills applied to tourism, to work in this sector for several years. You can see the details of my experience in tourism by clicking here.
In 2009 I went to live in London where for seven years I worked for several multinational companies in the restaurant and retail sector.
I was a Staff Trainer for McDonald’s (where I started as a cashier at the tills, and then grown up on my position); I worked as Supervisor for Primark, in the large Oxford Street-Tottenham Court road store, managing a team of twenty people; I was Department Manager for H&M managing two different departments.
In those years in London, while working, I was studying English at Metropolitan University and in 2015 I did a Digital Marketing course at London City University.
To complete my academic training in marketing, between 2016 and 2017, I followed a master’s degree in Social Media, Community Management and digital marketing direction with the Universidad Complutense of Madrid.
I have always flanked the academic training and continue to follow countless specialization courses and seminars to improve and update my skills on communication techniques and tools for managing digital marketing.
